How do I establish a registered cellular device on my profile?

A registered cellular device is associated with a mobile phone number and can be a cell phone or tablet.

Establishing a registered cellular device allows you to use features such as account alerts, Send or Receive Money through a mobile phone number, change a debit card PIN, and complete Login Assistance using a one-time passcode. Unfortunately, we're unable to accept international phone numbers; only domestic phone numbers are allowed.

More information

A mobile phone number can only be registered by one person at a time. This means a signer can't register the same number that's already been registered by another person or signer. If you attempt to register a mobile number already registered by someone else, you'll receive an error. In this situation, contact us at 800-987-7237. We accept relay calls.
