Add An Authorized Officer
The Authorized Officer is authorized by the Company to execute binding agreements on the Company’s behalf and is required to be a Cardmember. The Authorized Officer and the Authorized Representatives are the only person(s) who can make changes to the account(s) such as adding, changing, and/or deleting Cardmembers. To set up, simply complete and mail or fax the Authorized Officer Form.

Add An Authorized Representative
Authorized Representatives are authorized to make modifications to existing cardholder account(s), change credit limits, and add new cardholders for the Company named below. To set up, simply complete and mail or fax the Authorized Representative Form.

Business Card Employee Change/Employee Credit Line Change
You can elect to open new Employee Accounts, change existing Employee credit limits or close Employee Accounts for your Ace Rewards Visa Card. To make changes, simply complete and mail or fax the Employee Change Form.
