Make A Payment
AutoPay/WebPay
With Internet Banking, you have the flexibility to schedule a future payment, make a same day payment or sign up for AutoPay, where your payment is scheduled on the same day each month. To make a payment:- Login to Internet Banking
- Select "Make a Payment" in the left-hand navigation
- Using the tabs across the top, select the type of payment you would like to make
- Follow the instructions
The cut-off time for same day Web (non-AutoPay) payments varies but generally ranges between 5 pm and 8 pm CT. Please contact Cardmember Service if you have questions about your applicable cut off time.
Alternatively you can also pay by:
PhonePay
Simply call in your payment from anywhere: your home, your office or on the road. It's fast and easy. First you need to sign up for this option, then each time you make a payment over the phone via our automated system, your next statement will reflect that payment.4After you've set up PhonePay the first time, call Cardmember Service anytime before your payment due date—even on the due date if you call before 7 p.m. (CST). Have your Ace Rewards Visa Card account number handy and follow the easy payment instructions.

Go Paperless!
View up to 18 months of statements online. You can also elect to discontinue receiving your paper statements in the mail. To stop your paper statements from being mailed to you:- Login to Internet Banking
- Select the "Online Statements" link on the "Your Account" page
- Follow the instructions to enroll
You will receive an Account Alert each month when your online statement is posted.

Account Alerts notify you of important account activity, such as a low available balance or when a payment is due. You can set up these alerts and select where you would like an email or text message notification delivered. Standard text messaging rates may apply from your mobile carrier.The following alerts are available:

- Login to Internet Banking
- Select "Alerts" from the left-hand navigation

Security Alerts
Security Alerts notify you when sensitive personal information, like an ID or address, changes. These alerts do not require any set-up and are automatically delivered to your primary email address.You will be notified when the following events occur:
- Address or phone number changes
- Primary email address changes
- Internet Banking ID or Password changes
- Internet Banking ID and Password were disabled due to multiple, incorrect login attempts
- Login Assistance was requested to provide your Internet Banking ID
To change your primary email address, login to Internet Banking and select "Your Profile" from the "Your Accounts" page. -
Download Transaction Data
Download up to 90 days of transaction data. Easy download formats include Quicken® or Microsoft® Excel. To begin downloading your transaction data:- Login to Internet Banking
- Select "Download Transaction Data" from the left-hand navigation
- Follow the simple instructions to begin downloading

Balance Transfers
You can transfer the balance from your other credit cards to your Ace Rewards Visa card.To transfer a balance:
- Login to Internet Banking
- Select your Ace Rewards Visa Card account page
- Select "Request a Convenience Check" on the top right
- Select "Transfer a balance from another credit card"
- Follow the simple instructions to request a Balance Transfer
Note: Ace Rewards points are not awarded for Balance Transfers.

Convenience Checks
Online Convenience Checks allow you to transfer balances or make payments to someone, billing your Ace Rewards Visa Card. We'll even mail the check for you! You can also request that a booklet of checks to be mailed directly to you.To request Convenience Checks:
- Login to Internet Banking
- Select your Ace Rewards Visa Card account page
- Select "Request a Convenience Check" on the top right
- Click the option that best suits your needs
- Follow the simple instructions to request a Convenience Check
Note: Ace Rewards points are not awarded for Convenience Checks.

Credit Limit Increase
While logged into Internet Banking, you can request to have your credit limit increased:- Login to Internet Banking
- Select "Customer Service Center" from the left-hand navigation
- Select "Credit Card and Premier Line Account Options " from the options listed
- Select "Manage Your Credit Card or Premier Line Account " from the options listed
- Click on "Ace Rewards Visa® " under Retail Cards
- Select "Credit Limit Increase" and follow the easy steps to submit your request
Alternatively, you can contact Cardmember Service to request a credit limit increase.

Manage your Overdraft Protection Preferences
U.S. Bank overdraft protection protects your U.S. Bank Checking account from costly overdrafts by automatically transferring cash to it from your Credit Card account.To manage your Overdraft Protection preferences:
- Login to Internet Banking
- Select “Overdraft Protection”
- Select “Manage Overdraft Protection” and proceed as directed

Request a Cardmember Agreement
Consumer Cards OnlyWhile logged into Internet Banking, you can request to have a copy of your Cardmember Agreement mailed to you:
- Login to Internet Banking
- Select "Customer Service Center" from the left-hand navigation
- Select "Credit Card and Premier Line Account Options " from the options listed
- Select "Manage Your Credit Card or Premier Line Account " from the options listed
- Click on "Ace Rewards Visa" under Retail Cards
- Select "Request A Cardmember Agreement" and follow the easy steps to submit your request
Your agreement will be mailed to you within 7-10 business days.
