Account Maintenance
  • Click to Show/Hide Make A Payment
    AutoPay/WebPay
    With Online Banking, you have the flexibility to schedule a future payment, make a same day payment or sign up for AutoPay, where your payment is scheduled on the same day each month.

    To make a payment:

    1. Log in to Online Banking.
    2. Under the "Transfers and Payments" tab, select "Pay My Account."
    3. Complete the payment information.
    4. Select Continue.

    The cut-off time for same day Web (non-AutoPay) payments varies but generally ranges between 5 pm and 8 pm CT. Please contact Cardmember Service if you have questions about your applicable cut off time.

    Alternatively you can also pay by:

    PhonePay
    Simply call in your payment from anywhere: your home, your office or on the road. It's fast and easy. First you need to sign up for this option, then each time you make a payment over the phone via our automated system, your next statement will reflect that payment.1

    After you've set up PhonePay the first time, call Cardmember Service anytime before your payment due date—even on the due date if you call before 7 p.m. (CST). Have your Ace Rewards Visa Card account number handy and follow the easy payment instructions.

    Be sure to include your account number in the memo area of your check.

  • Click to Show/Hide Go Paperless!
    When you enroll in Online Banking you will automatically have access to copies of your statement online. Going paperless significantly reduces the risk of identity theft and fraud by eliminating the paper trail.

    To go paperless:

    1. Log in to Online Banking.
    2. Under the "My Documents" tab, select "Statement Preferences."
    3. Check the box next to the Credit Card Account you would like to go paperless on.
    4. Select Continue.
    5. Select the destination you would like your Online Statement alert to be delivered to.
    6. Select Continue and then Confirm.

    You will receive an Account Alert each month when your online statement is posted.

  • Click to Show/Hide Account Alerts
    Account Alerts notify you of important account activity, such as a low available balance or when a payment is due. You can set-up these alerts and select where you would like an email or text message notification delivered. Standard text messaging rates may apply from your mobile carrier. The following alerts are available:

    To set up Account Alerts:

    1. Log in to Online Banking.
    2. Select "My Alerts" under the "Customer Service" tab.
    3. Click "Add Alerts" next to your Ace Rewards Visa Card account.
  • Click to Show/Hide Security Alerts
    Security Alerts notify you when sensitive personal information, like an ID or address, changes. These alerts do not require any set-up and are automatically delivered to your primary email address.

    You will be notified when the following events occur:

    • Address or phone number changes
    • Primary email address changes
    • Online Banking ID or Password changes
    • Online Banking ID and Password were disabled due to multiple, incorrect login attempts
    • Login Assistance was requested to provide your Online Banking ID

    To change your primary email address:

    1. Log in to Online Banking.
    2. Select Edit Profile under your name and email address.
    3. Click "Edit" next to Primary Email information.
  • Click to Show/Hide Download Transaction Data
    Download up to 90 days of transaction data.  Easy download formats include Quicken® or Microsoft® Excel.  

    To download transaction data:

    1. Log in to Online Banking.
    2. Select your Credit Card account.
    3. Select "Download Transactions" in the Account Activity section. 
    4. Select the date range.
    5. Select the download file type.
    6. Click "Download Transactions."

Your Finances
  • Click to Show/Hide Balance Transfers
    To request a balance transfer:
    1. Log in to Online Banking.
    2. Select your Card Account from the home page
    3. Select "Request a Balance Transfer" from the left navigation.
    4. Select your Account and click Next.
    5. Click "Transfer a balance from another credit card."

    Note: Ace Rewards points are not awarded for Balance Transfers.

  • Click to Show/Hide Convenience Checks
    Online convenience checks allow you to transfer balances or make payments to someone, and the amount will be billed to your Card. You can request that a booklet of checks be mailed directly to you.

    To request convenience checks:

    1. Log in to Online Banking.
    2. Select your Credit Card Account from the home page
    3. Select "Request a Convenience Check" from the left navigation.
    4. Select your Account and click Next.
    5. Click "Order a booklet of Convenience Checks."
    6. Follow the simple instructions to request a Convenience Check.

    Note: Ace Rewards points are not awarded for Convenience Checks.

  • Click to Show/Hide Credit Limit Increase
    To request a credit limit increase:
    1. Log in to Online Banking.
    2. Select "Self Service" under the "Customer Service" tab.
    3. Select "Manage Your Credit Account."
    4. Select "Ace Rewards® Visa Card."
    5. Select "Credit Limit Increase" and follow the easy steps to submit your request.

    Alternatively, you can contact Cardmember Service to request a credit limit increase.

Cardmember Service
  • Click to Show/Hide Manage your Overdraft Protection Preferences
    U.S. Bank overdraft protection protects your U.S. Bank Checking account from costly overdrafts by automatically transferring cash to it from your Credit Card account.

    Consumer Cards Only 

    To request a copy of your Cardmember Agreement:

    1. Log in to Online Banking.
    2. Select "Self Service" under the "Customer Service" tab.
    3. Select "Manage Your Credit Account."
    4. Click on "Ace Rewards® Visa Card."
    5. Select "Request A Cardmember Agreement" and follow the easy steps to submit your request.

    Your Agreement will be mailed to you within 7-10 business days.

FlexControl
  • Click to Show/Hide What is FlexControl?
    With FlexControl, you have the flexibility to pay off everyday purchases in full, accelerate payments to help pay down a balance more quickly, or pay off larger purchases over time. Choose FlexControl Essentials or Accelerator to manage your payments and save on interest.
  • Click to Show/Hide FlexControl Essentials
    • Choose up to seven everyday Essentials categories (like gas, groceries, dining or bill payments) to pay in full monthly.
    • Pay no interest on your chosen Essentials categories when they're paid in full each month, which happens automatically once you've enrolled.
    • Select your preferred monthly Essentials payment date.
    • Retain your ability to carry a balance on your card for larger purchases or unexpected expenses.
  • Click to Show/Hide FlexControl Accelerator
    • Make accelerated payments to reduce your credit card balance and save on interest charges.
    • Choose an amount you're comfortable with to add to your minimum payment - we'll track these incremental payments on your statement and show you the interest you're saving.
    • Choose a payment frequency that fits your finances (monthly or weekly).
    • After you set up your Accelerator payments, you can adjust them online any time.

    To set up FlexControl Essentials or Accelerator

    1. Log in to Online Banking.
    2. Under the "Transfers and Payments" tab, select "Pay My Account."
    3. Select the account you are paying to and from and then select "Recurring."
    4. Your FlexControl options will be displayed to the right.
