  1. The Cash Rewards earned is three percent (3%) of net purchases (purchases minus credits and returns) made at gas and electric vehicle charging stations, office supply stores, and cell phone service providers. All other eligible net purchases will earn one percent (1%) Cash Rewards. Single transaction purchases of gasoline or electric vehicle charging in excess of $200 will not be deemed to be a purchase of automobile fuel and as such will earn a Reward of 1%. Merchants must submit the charge under the appropriate merchant or industry code, as established by Visa and the merchant, to qualify for rewards. U.S. Bank does not control how merchants choose to identify their business and reserves the right to determine which purchases qualify. Refer to your cardmember agreement for full details.

  2. Provided your account is open, current and otherwise in good standing, an annual bonus equal to 25% of your prior year’s Cash Rewards, up to a maximum of $250, will be awarded following your Cash Rewards Enrollment Anniversary Date.

  3. The prepaid U.S. Bank Rewards Card cannot be reloaded with additional funds, nor can it be used at an ATM. For complete terms, conditions, and fees, see the "U.S. Bank Rewards Card Cardholder Agreement" available at www.myusbankcorporaterewards.com or in your card package.
